Most of us would agree that life is too precious to be taken for granted. Sooner one comes to the realization that life is an “opportunity” of a life-time the better it is. Time stops for no one, and so are the fleeting moments of possibilities that come, sometimes in the guise of problems, and we often consider them stressful and distressing. But we ask the question: “Is it possible that ‘stress of life’ is designed for a purpose?” Just like how breakdowns, malfunctions, disasters and damages may occur if and when the designer’s instructions are not followed, life is at risk of being unsuccessful if it is handled without paying attention to the instructions given by the Designer.
After 42+ years of working among people with needs and 23+ years as a Psychologist I have some thoughts to share with you. Hope you can come along with me and see the potential we all have to grow through the different stage of our lives, until the very end - an end that will give birth to a life that never ends.
I’m Dr. John Hapuarachchi and I invite you to join with me in the conversation. Life is beautiful even when we don’t understand, so why not explore it with “all our heart, all our mind and all our soul?”

Stress of life is our lot from the “beginning” but we are called to master it to enhance life. Family, work and nature invite us to dance with the natural rhythms of being and becoming. It all starts with the “Manual of Life.”
I am a student of life who happens to be a teacher. Life is beautiful when I give and when I receive, and nothing more precious we can share than the wisdom of love and the peace that flows from it.
